Maritime Energy reserves the right to refuse an account based upon information obtained through a credit report. Maritime Energy reserves the right to assess a finance charge computed by a periodic rate of 1½% per month, which is an Annual Percentage Rate of 18%, on amounts past due 30 days or more, as well as any additional collection fees.
